Individual software (also individual solution ) is a term in information technology which describes application software that is individually created for a customer. It is characterized by the fact that it is tailor-made according to the requirements of an individual customer, in contrast to standard software that is developed for a large number of (potential) customers.
Typical customers of custom software are institutions that have specific requirements for their software, for which no exactly matching commercially available software products are available.

Our maintenance contracts with tracking systems, emergency numbers and guaranteed response times give you the security you need when using your application. The maintenance contracts also optionally include monitoring of the server hardware on which the application is run.
